Well we finally have some nice summerweather here in the Netherlands and this portfoliowork perfectly fits the mood good weather has to body and spirit.
I will be submitting my work in a lower resolution than i did in the past. Working with a lot and sometimes small stock has the disadvantage that it doesn't look good in the preview when browsing DA. Hope this works better.

What is a Soul Eater?
 
Wikipedia explains a Soul Eater as an ancient folklore from the Hausa people of Nigeria, Africa. It was believed that a Soul Eater was able to consume an individuals spirit (or soul), causing a wasting disease that proved to be fatal. It is described as a classic form of the cannibalistic witch. In Hausa belief, Soul Eaters are thought to be men who were cursed by these witches and have to eat the souls of humans to live their lives. After a soul has been devoured, the victim disappears in a burst of dust. These mythological beings have been depicted in many cultures through the centuries.
